Cassava is one of the crop that farmers plant during planting season. This crop is among the group of crop that is cultivated by stems. In the farm, this crop grow tall, the matured one.  This crop have different uses like igbo  land some use it for fufu, abacha,etc. In terms of fufu, this cassava is pill and soak  for four days, it will be sieve using siever. This food is normally cooked twice first and second round you pound it with mortar. After the second pounding you will put it,  in a culler and it is now  ready for consumption.
